介绍了一种利用负电晕放电原理检测灭弧气体SF6泄漏的实现方案,首先针对现有传感器的不足设计了针-筒结构的SF6传感器并研究了传感器在各种情况下的特性。之后设计了相应的硬件和软件,实现了SF6气体泄漏浓度的测量及漏点的定位,制作了便携式灭弧气体检漏仪,并对仪器的测量精度进行了测试及校准。该仪器具有成本低、灵敏度高和使用方便等特点,可广泛应用于各类SF6绝缘设备的生产装配、出厂检测及日常维护。
This paper presents a implementation scheme for the leak detection of the arcing gas SF6 by using the negative corona discharge principle.Firstly,a SF6 sensor with a needle-tube structure is presented to overcome the shortage of the existing sensors.Simultaneously,the characters of the designed sensor under different conditions are studied.Subsequently,the corresponding hardware and software are designed to achieve the concentration measurement and location of the leaked SF6 gas,and then a portable detector for the arcing gas is realized.Moreover,its measuring accuracy is tested and calibrated.The designed instrument has the advantage of low cost,high sensitivity and convenience.The instrument can be widely used in the assembly,inspection and maintenance of SF6 insulated equipment.
