为进一步了解Ni—P合金电镀层的结构与性能的关系,我们研究新型镍磷合金刷镀液的组成及工艺条件,经x射线结构、透射电镜(TEM)和显微硬度仪分析证明合金镀层变化过程,对试件硬度、结合力、耐磨等性质进行初步的测试。实验结果表明镀态镍磷镀层呈非晶态结构,热处理和添加金属粉后镀层硬度大于非晶态镀层,大大提高了镀层的耐磨性能,是一种有实用价值的复合镀层新材料。
In order to investigate the relationship of structure and properties of Ni - P alloy coating, the solution composition and the operating conditions for Ni - P alloy coating were studied. The effect of related factors in the alloy coatings and depositing speed were discussed. The surface morphology and microstructure of Ni - P coating, compared with those of Ni coating, were observed with SEM. The microstructures of alloy coatings were analyzed by XRD. The experiement results showed that a good amorphous Ni -P alloy coating could be obtained by using this process.
