为进一步改善无机盐阻化剂抑制煤自燃的效果,在无机盐阻化剂中添加耗氧剂等成分,配制出具有耗氧与隔氧双重作用的脱氧型阻化剂。通过正交试验,得出不同配比脱氧型阻化剂的耗氧时间,并根据耗氧时间分析其在不同采空区中的适用性。研究表明,NaCl,CaCl2和MgCl2等3种无机盐对耗氧时长影响的显著性为R(CaCl2)〉R(NaCl)〉R(MgCl2),因此,只含有MgCl2的脱氧型阻化剂耗氧速度最快,其组成为1.5 g还原性Fe粉、0.6 g硅藻土以及0.15 g MgCl2;当温度为20~99℃时,该配比脱氧型阻化剂的比耗氧时间随温度的升高而缩短。
The paper was aimed at enhancing efficiency of inorganic salt inhibitors in inhibiting spontaneous combistion of coal by aidding agents consuming oxygen to them. Orthogonal experiments were carried out.Oxygen consumption time was obtained for inhibitors having their specifie composition. The results indicate that for influence of NaCl, CaCl2 and MgCl2 on oxygen consumption time length, the significance seguence is R(CaCl2)R(NaCl)R(MgCl2), that the composition of the inhibitor having the fastest speed of oxygen consumption is 1.5 g of reducing iron powder, 0.6 g of diatomie and 0.15 g of MgCl2, and that when the temperature is 20-99 ℃, there is a positive correlation between the inhibitor's speed of oxygen consumption and the temperature.
