采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂钕离子的TiO2纳米晶粉末样品。以钕离子作为光声探针,结合热分析和X射线衍射分析,研究了TiO2从凝胶到不同晶相纳米晶转变的结构变化。结果表明:随热处理温度的逐渐升高,样品中钕离子的电子云重叠效应增强,超灵敏跃迁的振子强度增大,说明水和乙醇不断挥发、残留有机物氧化燃烧;当超过900℃,钕离子的电子云重叠效应减弱,振子强度也变弱,该过程样品晶相发生了转变;样品光声光谱吸收边反映出的结构变化与上述研究结果一致。
Titanium dioxide nanocrystalline powder doped with Nd3+ was synthesized by the sol-gel method.The structural variation of TiO2 during the transition from amorphous gel to nanocrystalline powder was studied using Nd3+ as a probe by photoacoustic spectroscopy(PAS),together with X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimmetric analysis(DSC-TGA).With the increasing of temperature,the nephelauxetic effect of Nd3+ increased,and the oscillation strength of the hypersensitive transition increased,too.These results ind...
