智能电网以通信系统为支持,完成信息流的控制,实现电力系统的智能化。通信网络的安全稳定直接影响电网系统的可靠运行。文章基于复杂网络理论,对复杂电力通信骨干网络进行分析,建立静态测度和动态测度,提出辨识网络脆弱节点和薄弱环节算法,采用实际电力通信光网络计算验证所提方法的正确性。基于复杂网络的电力通信骨干网络关键点甄别方法为提升电力通信网络运行管理提供技术支持,对保障电力系统可靠性、降低大规模电网事故的发生也具有重要意义。
The power communication system is the key support of smart grid to control the information flows, realize intelligent power system. The performance of power communication network directly affects the reliable operation of the power system. Based on complex network theory, this paper analyzed the power communication backbone network. By establishing the static and dynamic measures, we proposed a novel algorithm to identify the critical elements and the weak areas. By calculating one of the actual power communication optical networks, the algorithm's correctness is proved. The algorithm provides a new technical support to improve the operation and management of electric power communication network. It also has important signifi cance to ensure the reliability of power system and reduce the occurrence of large-scale power network accidents.
