基于某高层用纤维水泥砂浆钢筋网加固的普通混凝土(RC)转换梁现场试验,将施工过程中转换梁实测数据与ANSYS数值模拟结果对比研究了该方法加固转换梁对其抗弯性能的影响。试验采用三面U型加固,量测钢筋和混凝土应变的发展规律。试验结果表明:试验梁受力复杂不完全满足平截面假定;随着转换梁上方新建楼层层数的增加,加固层与原结构之间能够有效的协同工作,共同承担荷载;剪切销钉及纤维水泥砂浆和原混凝土之间的化学黏结力,能有效发挥整体传力性能粘结性能良好。表明用纤维水泥砂浆钢筋网加固RC转换梁能満足实际工程需要,是一种有效的加固方法。同时,可为实际加固工程设计提供理论参考。
Experimental research on the bending resistance based on the test of the transfer beam which in a high-rise residential building strengthened with fiber ferrocement mortar, and compared with the results of ANSYS numerical simulation, test beam was reinforced with U-shape, and the strain development of concrete and steel, etc.were measured.According to the results, the test beam had a complexity of stress and the straight-section hypothesis of strain was not satisfied.Along with the load increase, the reinforced layer between and the original structure could effective teamwork and undertake loading together.The overall power performance characteristic and the interface coherence were performance best because of the shear pin and the interfacial adhesion.The strengthening method reinforced with fiber ferrocement mortar was effective and could meet the demands of practical engineering.At the same time, the test results could be provided a theoretical reference for practical engineering designs.
