本文运用系统动力学方法，从合作过程的视角研究了科技中介、风险投资、文化融合三个关键影响因子对产学研合作成效的影响。结论如下：①随着科技中介或风险投资的影响力不断增大，产学研合作中实际开展的、满意的、深入的合作数不断增多，失败的合作数不断减少；②风险投资对失败的合作数减少的影响更大。科技中介对实际开展的、满意的、深入的合作数增长的影响更强；③随着文化价值的深入融合．满意的与深入的合作数均不断增长，失败的合作数不断减少；④提升科技中介、风险投资与文化价值融合对合作满意率的影响力水平，是提升产学研合作成效的有效手段。

英文摘要：

This paper researches the relationship of science and technology intermediary, venture capital, cultural fusion and universi- ty industry collaboration （ UIC ） effectiveness carrying on system dynamics. The conclusions are as follows： （1）The numbers of actual collaboration, satisfied collaboration and in-depth collaboration are increasing and failed collaboration are decreasing along with the influence of S＆T intermediary and venture capital increasing. （2）Venture capital has had a bigger influence on the failed collaborations diminishing, and S＆T intermediary has had a stronger influence on the numbers increasing of actual collaboration, satisfied collabora- tion and in-depth collaboration. （3）As the cultural fusion is intensive, satisfied collaboration and in-depth collaboration are ever-increasing and failed collaboration is runing down steadily. （4）It is an effective means for promoting the effectiveness of UIC to enhance the influencing capability of S＆T intermediary, venture capital and cultural fusion in university-industry collaborative process.
