为限制光伏和负荷波动对电网造成的不利影响,本文提出一种电动汽车有序充放电策略以平抑电力系统净负荷曲线的波动. 通过分析电动汽车行驶特性与充放电特性,将具有随机行驶行为的电动汽车可用充放电容量作为快速响应的可调度负荷,参与平抑负荷和光伏发电系统出力的随机波动,构建了电动汽车有序充放电策略. 算例表明该方法能够有效提升电力系统净负荷平稳性,提高电网接纳光伏发电的能力.
In order to mitigate power fluctuation caused by grid-connected photonic volts ( PV) and traditional loads, the organized charging/discharging strategy for electric vehicles is proposed in this paper as a measurement to smooth the net load power curve fluctuation in power systems.The driving behavior and charging/discharging characteristics of electric vehicles is analyzed.The avail-able remainder capacity of batteries related to random driving behaviors is introduced as the rapid response load to participate in smoothing fluctuation of loads and PVs.And an organized charging/discharge scenario is constructed.The case study shows that the proposed method can effectively stabilize net load curve and improve power system consumption to PVs.
