橡皮成形是飞机制造业中的一种非常重要的加工方法。凸弯边成形是橡皮成形的主要形式之一,起皱是凸弯边成形过程的常见缺陷。采用正交设计方法对影响凸弯边成形过程的几个因素如模具半径、倒角半径、翻边高度和压力进行了试验研究,分析了不同因素和不同材料对凸弯边的起皱影响。发现对于不同材料,随着强度的增加,起皱趋势也增加。随着材料强度的增加,倒角半径对起皱的影响降低,压力和翻边高度对起皱的影响增加,模具半径对起皱的影响晟大。
Rubber fluid forming is a very important manufacture method in aircraft fabrication. Shrink flanging is a main fashion in rubber forming. Wrinkling is the main defect in shrink flanging. The different factors, such as die radius, fillet radius, flanging height and pressure, were studied by orthogonal array (OA) experiment. The effects of different factors and materials were analyzed. It is found that with the increase of the material strength, the tendency of wrinkling increases. The die radius has the largest effect on the wrinkling process. The effect of the fillet radius on the wrinkling decreases with the increase of the strength, whilst the effect of the pressure and flanging height on the wrinkling increases.
