为了研究裂纹影响线对轮齿振动响应的影响,应用能量法计算了轮齿的啮合刚度,引入并对比了两种裂纹影响线对啮合刚度的影响,并通过有限元验证了裂纹曲线影响线对于求解啮合刚度的准确性;进而建立轮齿啮合动力学模型,分析了分别采用两种裂纹影响线对轮齿振动响应产生的影响。结果显示,当裂纹达到某一特殊值时,两种影响线下的故障检测指标都会有一个交点,这与先前已有文献的结果不同,本文通过理论分析,证明了交点的存在及其正确性。
For the purpose of investigating the effect of crack affecting lines on the gear tooth vibration response,the energy method is used for meshing stiffness calculation,and the effect of two crack affecting lines on meshing stiffness are compared with each other.The accuracy of solving meshing stiffness under crack curve affecting line is proved by the finite element method.Then a dynamics model of gear tooth is built to compare the different responses of gear system under the two crack affecting lines.The result shows that an intersection will appear in the fault detection indicators under two crack affecting lines when the crack size grows up to the special value and the intersection which is different from previous paper is proved to be right.
