利用冲击电压试验系统,分别对交联聚乙烯基体材料和不同类型的交联聚乙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料进行了负极性冲击击穿和交流击穿试验,并结合Weibull分布对击穿试验结果进行了统计性分析,其结果表明了不同蒙脱土类型对复合材料击穿性能的影响及蒙脱土含量对复合材料击穿性能的影响,进而也明确了在不同电压下复合材料的击穿场强较聚合物基体提高的程度。
Through the impulse voltage testing system, this paper carries out the negative -polarity breakdown and AC breakdown tests on cross - linked polyethylene base materials and different types of cross - linked polyethylene/ montmorillonoid nanocomposites, analyzes statistically the test by Weibull distribution. The result presents the in- fluence of different types and contents of montmorillonite on the breakdown property of nanocomposites, and then defines the enhancement degree of breakdown field of nanocomposites compared with polymer base under different voltage.
