对新研发的茶用“叶壮”叶面肥进行了田间试验,对于春茶、夏茶和秋茶进行了3次田间试验,结果证明施用该叶面肥2—4次后,鲜茶叶的产量较对照增产20%以上,而施用双吉尔-GGR的对照增产小于10%。施用该叶面肥后生产的成品茶在茶叶感官评审方面与对照没有差异。茶叶理化指标分析结果表明施用该叶面肥后生产的成品茶在茶多酚、水浸出物、氨基酸和咖啡碱含量指标上均有提高。
Three field tests were conducted for spring, summer and fall tea plantations applied the active leaf fertilizer "Yezhuang", which was a new developed product. The results indicated that after application of the fertilizer 2 -4 times, the production of fresh tea leaves was increased more than 20% compared with the untreated. However, the production only increased less than 10% for the Shuangjier - GGR fertihzer. There were no significant differences in the sensory between the tea products made from leaves of the treated and from the untreated as well as from the the Shuangjier-GGR fertilizer. The results of the physi-chemical analysis showed that the content of tea polyphenols, water extracts, amino acids and caffeine in the treated product were greater than that of the untreated and the the Shuangjier-GGPt fertilizer.
