采用石蜡切片法对多脂鳞伞(Pholiota adiposa)子实体个体发育进行观察,结果表明,多脂鳞伞原基初期卵球形,菌丝交织、致密;原基伸长生长,外部交织菌丝变稀疏,边缘形成一层染色呈黄褐色的菌丝,菌丝膨大,平行排列或凝结呈菌丝束,形成外菌幕。外菌幕菌丝在上部最为发达,形成菌盖菌幕,此时菌盖开始分化。同时原基下部边缘菌丝平行排列并垂直生长,菌柄开始分化。在菌盖、菌柄和子实层原基交接处出现菌丝稀疏区,菌褶腔在这一区域形成。由于半包膜的存在,菌环上无鳞片。菌盖菌幕与菌盖皮层相区分,而菌柄菌幕与菌柄皮层形态一致,只是菌柄菌幕菌丝继续保持向外生长特性。多脂鳞伞属于半被果型中的双菌幕发育型,发育顺序表明是菌盖菌柄发育型。

Paraffin-embedded sections were used to investigate the morphological characteristics of Pholiota adiposa fruit bodies at different stages of development.Primordium initials were oval and consisted of dense,intertwined hyphae.During primordium elongation,peripheral hyphae became less dense and formed a yellowish-brown layer.The hyphae became enlarged and arranged either in parallel or concentrated into a hyphal strand to form the universal veil,the apex of which constituted the pileal veil when differentiation of the pileus commenced.At the same time,long and parallel-arranged hyphae at the base of the primordium extended longitudinally and stipe differentiation commenced.Hyphae were less dense at the connection between the pileal,stipe and hymenial primordia where the gill cavity formed.Due to the formation of a partial velum,there were no veil remnants at the upper annulus of the stipe.The pileal veil was distinct from the pileipellis,whereas the stipe veil and stipe pellis were of similar morphology.Hyphae of the stipe veil continued to grow outwards.P.adiposa was assessed to be hemiangiocarpous and bivelangiocarpous and,based on the sequence of fruit body development,the fungus was designated pileistipiocarpous.
