Innovation has become the cornerstone for sustained competitive advantage.The research discuss the relationship between social capital and enterprise innovation from two perspectives of social capital,to mine interactive relationship between social capital and enterprise innovation from the angle of the enterprise innovation process,identify the mechanism of social capital affecting enterprise innovation ability,and on this basis to construct a theoretical analysis framework,providing theoretical basis for follow up study.
