Objective： To establish simplified methods to recover the special bands in the mRNA different display technique. Methods：There were six methods to recover the special bands in the technique of mRNA differem display of drought Racomitrium japonicum. Results： Six different recyclings methods, demonstrate the different result. Conclusion：The method of freeze - draw is simple, economy and effective for recovering the special bands in mRNA differential display.
