英文摘要：
A soil sample was collected from a factory of uranium-mine in Xinjiang Province, China. A new isolate, designated as BRC-ZYR3, was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis （Bt）. The results showed that Bt BRC-ZYR3 harbored crylBa, crylBb, crylBe/1Bf, cry9Ca and cr）gDa genes and encoded 130, 70, 50, 30 and 25 ku insecticidal crystal proteins （ICPs）. And Bt BRC- ZYR3 resistant to 25 mg· L-1 Cr（VI） could reduce Cr（VI） to 3.8 mg· L-1.
