利用含缺陷流变性物体的材料破坏理论,采用显微技术对高聚物蠕变条件下的银纹损伤引发和演化进行了实时在线的实验研究,通过对损伤变量的定量观测,得到了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯银纹损伤随时间和应力水平演化的规律,并给出了损伤演化模型。
In this paper, the damage theory of theologic material with defect and the microscope technique are used to re.arch the variation of crazing damage under creep condition on line and real time experimentally. By observing the parameter of damage quantification ally, variation of crazing damage with time is available accurately under different stress level. The craze damage evolution equation for PMMA under creep condition is derived theoretically.
