“减负”一直是中国教育改革和实践的主流话语。本文立足于教师教学效能,着力探寻学生学业负担与教师教学效能之间的逻辑关系。笔者认为,解决学业负担的问题需要以教师教学效能为刻度,以教师个体主观认知和客观能力为向度。因此,建构以教学效能为旨归的专业发展策略体系、以学习者为中心的教学信念体系和个性化学业测评的教学文化体系或许才是解决学业负担问题的明智之举。
Alleviate burdens has always been the mainstream discourse of China's education reform and practice .At present, reducing the heavy academic burden is the basic way of education theory and practice.In this paper, in accordance with the great spirit of new curriculum reform,Based on the teachers teaching efficacy ,Explore the logical relationship between students academic burden and teachers teaching effectiveness.We think that to solve the problem of academic burden,need to put teacher's teaching effectiveness as an important scale and put the individual teachers subjective perception and objective ability as the dimension. Construction teachers professional development strategy system,student-centered teaching belief system and personalized academic assessment of teaching culture system is on the way to solve the problem of academic burden.
