为研究低温胁迫对马铃薯幼苗相关生理生化特性的影响,选用马铃薯主栽品种“大西洋”为材料,采用盆栽试验,挑选3周后生长健康的马铃薯幼苗进行低温(4℃)胁迫处理,并于处理后0、6、12、24、36、48h分别取样并进行相关生理指标(叶绿素含量、MAD含量、SOD和POD活性)的测定。结果显示,低温处理后叶绿素含量和SOD活性先降后升再降,MAD含量先升后降再升,POD活性先升后降.“大西洋”对4℃低温胁迫的耐受时间极限约为24h,超过这个时间低温将对其造成伤害。
The aim of study was to elucidate the influence of low temperature on the related physiological indexes in potato seedlings. 3-weeks-old potato seedlings of variety 'Atlantic' were treated with the low temperature stress of 4 degrees C. The changes in the contents of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were determined at 0, 6, 12, 24, 36,48 hours after the treatment. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll and the activity of SOD were first decreased and then increased, and decreased again, the content of MDA were first increased and then decreased, and increased again, the activity of POD was first increased and then decreased. These data suggested that the endurance to low temperature was utmost in potato var. 'Atlantic ', and they would be injured beyond the limit (24 hours).
