Classroom talk plays a key role in teaching activity. The degree of teacher＇ s English fluency affects students＇ input directly. Therefore the study of speech errors has a great value for classroom teaching. This paper focuses on the three types of teacher＇ s speech errors in the classroom talk and analyzes the three causes leading to it：psychological factor, language ability, and teaching model. Based on this, warnings should be taken from it.
