针对在中小型煤层气液化装置中应用的单级混合制冷剂液化流程,分别计算了液化压力1 MPa至10 MPa之间的液化系统总能耗。应用流程模拟软件HYSYS进行流程计算,并以混合制冷剂液化流程能耗及煤层气多级压缩机能耗最小值为目标,采用遗传优化算法计算。结果显示采用低压单级混合制冷剂循环的小型煤层气液化装置最佳原料气压力在6MPa左右。
For the single stage MRC(mixed refrigerant cycle) used in the liquefaction of coal seam gas,the liquefaction energy consumption was calculated separately according to the different liquefaction pressures from 1 MPa to 10 MPa.Process calculations were carried out by process simulation software of HYSYS and GA(Genetic Algorithm) was employed to optimization the process parameters.The result shows that the best liquefaction pressure of this cycle is around 6 MPa.
