对10万方浮顶罐原油温度场进行了现场测试研究,主要测试了罐内原油的纵向油温分布。研究发现,当外界环境温度高于罐内油温时,原油出现明显的核心同温油区;而当外界环境温度低于罐内油温时,油品呈导热性分布。对高、低液位罐内原油温度场的这种分布规律及其成因进行了分析,研究结果能为大型浮顶油罐的安全生产提供技术支持。
The temperature fields of 105 m3 floating roof oil tanks especially the vertical temperature distribution of crude oil were measured and studied on site. The research reveals that when the temperature of external environment is higher than that of crude oil, obvious identical temperature zone is likely to appear in the crude oil. On the other hand, when the temperature of outer environment is lower than that of crude oil, there would be the thermal conduction distribution of crude oil. We analyzed the oil temperature distribution in the high and low liquid-level tanks and its causes, which could provide technical support for the safety operation of large floating roof tank.
