根据柑橘黄龙病的传播规律,建立了一类具有潜伏期的柑橘黄龙病时滞动力学模型,计算得到基本再生数R0,并证明当R0〈1时无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;当R0〉1时,系统存在唯一正平衡点,并且得到了正平衡点局部稳定及Hopf分支出现的充分条件.

英文摘要:

In this paper, according to the transmission mechanism of Huanglongbing, we proposed a delay model for Huanglongbing with infect. Basic reproduction number Ro is obtained, and we verified that disease-free equilibrium of the system is globally asymptotically stable if Ro 〈 1, Meanwhile system has a unique endemic equilibrium when R0〉 1, sufficient conditions for locally asymptotically stable positive equilibrium and existence of Hopf bifurcation are gained.
