提出了一种基于双目立体视觉系统的光笔式三坐标测量系统。该系统基于接触式测量方式,以带点光源的光笔作为接触测量工具。首先,对摄像机进行了高精度的标定,建立了双目立体视觉系统模型;其次,通过左右摄像机拍摄的二维图像,将两幅图像中的点进行匹配,获得光笔上的LED光斑中心三维坐标;然后,由一系列LED光斑中心的三维坐标拟合直线,从直线上得到笔尖的三维坐标。实验结果表明,该方法实现了对物体的接触式测量,具有结构简单、成本低的优点,并且具有较高的精度。
A novel 3D--coordinate measurement system using light--pen based on binocular stereoscopic vision system was presented. Based on contact measurement mode the system used light--pen with light sources as a contact measurement tool. Firstly, the cameras were calibrated high accurately, and the stereoscopic vision system model was established. Secondly, the 3D coordinates of the center of LED on the light--pen were achieved through matching the 2D images grabbed by the two cameras. Then,a series of the 3D coordinates of the center of LED were used for fitting straight line,and the 3D coordinates of the pen--points can be obtained from the line. The test results show that this system realizes contact measurement on objects, with virtues such as simple configuration and low cost,and possesses high accuracy.
