为提高时间服务质量,中国科学院国家授时中心利用卫星共视远程时间传递技术,并结合现代网络通信技术,搭建了共视精密时间服务系统,为共视法用户提供纳秒级精度的时间服务。自2010年开始试运行以来,共视精密时间服务系统已被国内多家单位使用,满足了如氢钟远程校频和性能检测等应用的需求,也为纳秒级精度的时间校准提供了一种解决方案。
In order to improve the quality of time service, the NTSC(the national time service center, the Chinese academy of sciences) has combined GNSS CV remote time transfer technology with modem network communication technology, and established a GNSS CV precision time service system to provide nanosecond level precision time services for users who is using common-view method. Since 2010 when the trial operationbegan, the precision time service system has been used by a number of domestic units, meeting such needs as remote frequency calibration and performance detection of hydrogen atomic clock, and providing a valuable solution for the nanosecond level precision time calibration.
