Ordered mesoporous silicas and its hybrid materials could open the door for new stationary phase of chromatography. Based on the development of these materials, the applications of mesoporous silica and its hybrid particles, chiral mesoporous silicas and mesoporous silica monoliths in the stationary phases of chromatography are described. The possible direction and related problems are also discussed.
