采用微波无极灯为光源,提出微波辅助光催化.膜蒸馏反应器,用于水中活性黑5号的降解研究。系统考察TiO2投加量、温度及溶液初始pH对活性黑降解效率及膜蒸馏产水通量的影响,在此基础上开展活性黑的脱色矿化与产水水质研究。结果表明,在Ti02投加量为2g/L,温度为65℃,pH为3.0的最佳条件下,200mgm的活性黑溶液在210min内脱色率和TOC去除率分别为100%与83%,表明微波辅助光催化.膜蒸馏反应器对活性黑具有较高的降解效果。膜蒸馏产水水质较好,产水TOC质量浓度维持在3mg/L以下,试验结束时,产水pH为4.4,电导率为12.1μS/cm,表明活性黑降解中产生的酸性挥发性物质跨膜引起产水水质的变化。
A microwave assisted photocatalytic membrane distillation reactor (MPMDR) with microwave electrodeless lamps as the source light was developed and used for the degradation of Reactive Black 5 (RB 5). Effects of TiO2 dosage, temperature and pH on RB 5 decolorization efficiency and permeate flux were investigated. Experimental results showed that the developed MPMDR enabled high color and TOC removal efficiency which reached to 100% and 83% within 210 min, respectively, in the case of 2.0 g/L TiO2, 65 ℃ and pH 3.0. The product of membrane distillation was high quality water with the TOC was below 3 mg/L. The pH and conductivity ofdistiUate was 4.4 and 12.1 μS/cm, which showed that some volatile acid organic compounds might transfer to the permeate side.
