文章采用溶胶凝胶(sol-gel)法,以藕粉和聚乙二醇作为造孔物,在不同烧结温度下制备尺寸为10m的多孔TiO2颗粒,并且将经过520℃热处理后得到的锐钛矿晶型Ti02颗粒应用于染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitizedsolarcells,DSSCs),并研究了藕粉对TiO2光阳极组装的DSSCs光电性能的影响。结果表明,当加入1g藕粉,TiO2的比表面积和孔隙率增大;膜厚为5μm的TiO2光阳极DSSCs的光电转换效率达到了4.05%。
By using the lotus root starch and polyethylene glycol as pore-forming agent, the 10 nm porous titanium dioxide particles were prepared by sol-gel method at different sintering temperature, The anatase titanium dioxide obtained by the heat treatment of 520 ℃ was applied to the photoanodes for dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs). The impact of lotus root starch on photoelectric properties of TiO2 photoanodes for DSSCs was discussed. The results showed that the specific surface area and porosity of TiO2 increased and the maximum power conversion efficiency reached up to 4.05% when the addi- tion of lotus root starch was 1 g and the thickness of photoanodes was 5 μm.
