基于2000～2010年中国高技术产业17个细分行业的面板数据,以专利创造为例,通过面板单位根检验、协整检验、面板误差修正模型、面板VAR模型,估计分析原始创新、集成创新、引进消化吸收再创新对知识产权创造的不同影响;从合理选择自主创新模式、注重协同创新在三种自主创新模式中的充分运用、优化自主创新的内外部环境方面提出促进高技术产业知识产权创造的对策建议.
英文摘要：
This paper, based on panel data of seventeen segmentation of China~ high-tech industry from 2000 to 2010, using panel data unit root test, cointegration test, panel error correction model, panel VAR model, analyzes the different effects of original-innovation, integrated-innovation, and introduction-digestion-absorption-innovation on intellectual property creation. From the rational choice of independent-innovation mode, paying attention to make full use of cooperative-innova- tion in three independent-innovation pattern, optimizing the internal and external environment, it puts forward countermeas- ures and suggestions to promote intellectual property creation of high-tech industry.
