自主学习是自我对知识和能力的构建,大学生在自主学习中不明确“为谁学,为什么学”,学习兴趣低,自我管理能力不强以及个体的学习能力没有得到应有的重视等等,影响了大学生个体自主学习能力的提高的践行。个中原因有自身学习责任缺失、对环境的不适、微网娱乐的诱惑以及自我评估与情感调节能力低等等。提高自主学习能力应从自我意识的培养、建立终身学习的理念以及提高兴趣和自我管理能力等方面着手。
Autonomous learning is the individual construction of knowledge and ability, but college students cannot figure out whom they are learning for and why they learn in autonomous learning, and besides, their learning interest is low and their a-bility of self-management is weak, what's worse, their individual learning ability is not emphasized as it should be, which affect the improvement of college students' ability of autonomous learning. The reasons are as follows:lack of individual learning responsi-bility, inadaptability to environment, attraction of micro-network recreation, and low ability of self-evaluation and emotional ad-justment. The improvement of autonomous learning ability should start from the cultivation of self-consciousness, the establishment of lifelong learning concept, and the improvement of interest and self-management ability.
