质量交换网络的优化对提高资源利用率具有重要意义。针对多杂质质量交换网络赤字率图解法在使用时需多次迭代因而计算复杂的缺点,提出了改进方法。该方法首先将源和阱中各杂质的浓度相乘,然后对乘积进行排序,将排序值定义为综合评价指标R。按照R重新排列源和阱,对所有杂质画出源、阱复合曲线,并转化为杂质赤字率曲线。对氢网络和水网络的实例分析表明:改进后的方法避免了迭代计算,提高了计算效率。
The optimization of mass-exchange network is important for improving availability of resources. In this paper, a modified method was proposed to avoid the iterative calculation for the method of mass-exchange network with multiple impurities deficit diagram. Firstly, all the impurity concentrations of the source and the sink are multiplied. Then, the products are ranked, and the order is defined as the overall merit index R. The sinks and sources are re-ranked with increased R. For all impurities, impurity profiles and the impurity deficit diagrams are constructed. Finally, the pinch and the minimum utility consumption can be obtained. Iterative calculation is avoided and the computational efficiency increased using the modified method. A hydrogen network and a water allocation network are analyzed by using the improved method.
