研究了Fe(OH)3在240℃~360℃高温条件下与元素硫的反应和硫化产物在95℃空气中的氧化反应,研究了硫化温度、硫化时间、氧化温度及水分对产物氧化自燃性的影响;同时采用X-射线衍射仪鉴定硫化产物组成.结果表明,Fe(OH)3高温硫腐蚀产物主要是FeS2,该腐蚀产物在氧化温度95℃以上时具有较高氧化自燃性;硫化温度及氧化温度越高,硫化时间越长,有水存在时硫腐蚀产物的氧化自燃性越大,越容易氧化放热,引起油品自燃.
The reaction of Fe (OH)3 with sulfur was studied at 240℃ ~ 360℃. The sulfidation products were analyzed by XRD. The results showed that the main component of the products is FeS2 for high temperature sulfidation of Fe(OH) 3. And the oxidation of sulfidation products was carried out in air at constant temperature. The influence of sulfidation temperature and time, oxidation temperature and existence of water on the pyrophoric tendency of the sulfides was investigated. The results revealed that the sulfidation products have great pyrophoric tendency at 95℃. With the increase of sulfidation temperature ,oxidation temperature and sulfidation time the pyrophoric tendency increased. It is easier to induce ignition of oil due to the exthemic heat of the oxidation reaction. The existence of water has remarkable influence on the pyrophoric tendency of sulfides formed by high temperature sulfidation of Fe (OH) 3.
