目的：观察柴金化瘀方治疗胆囊息肉的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年10月—2013年11月来我科治疗的180名胆囊息肉患者,将其随机分为治疗组（90例）和对照组（90例）,治疗组给予柴金化瘀方治疗,对照组予消炎利胆片治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率88.6%,对照组总有效率74.4%,二者有显著差异。结论：柴金化瘀方治疗胆囊息肉样变临床疗效确切,为临床应用、推广提供有力支持。
英文摘要：
Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Chaijin Huayu decoction in treatment of gallbladder polypoid. Methods：Collected 180 patients with gallbladder polypoid from october 2012 to november 2013.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group（90 cases）and blank group（90 cases）. The treatment group were treated by Chaijin Huayu decoction and control group were treated by Xiaoyanlidan. Results：The efficiency of treatment group is 88.6%,and the blank group is74.4%. Conclusion：Chaijin Huayu decoction has obvious effect in the treatment of gallbladder polypoid,and the prescription support for the clinical application and promotion.
