Based on the guide of ＂collaborative innovation＂ idea and practical experience of the construction of software technology innovation and development center of department of GuangDong Institute of Science and Tecnology ,the paper is stated how to improve the Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Colleges research collaborative innovation level. The institutional innovatio, mechanism construction, platform of scientific research and scientific research team were discussed as the most important topics. Finally, the successful cases provide reference to other higher vocational colleges to carry out the＂collaborative innovation＂project better.
