The authors have, according to a 4-dimensional chaos system's concrete structure and Lyapunov stabihty theory, under the conditions of known parameters and unknown parameters, designed simple lineal feedback controller and adaptive controller by use of the second state parameters of the 4-dimensional chaos system, realizing the global exponential stability and global asymptotic stability of the system's unstable zero-balance point. The data simulation has shown that these controlling methods are effective and applicable.
