英文摘要：

A systemic framework integrated the resource-based view with networking embeddness is put forward to analyze the cooperative innovation, and the relationship between heterogeneity and fitness is defined. The sys- tem dynamic model is constructed and abstracted based on the surveyed firms by data processing to explore the resource heterogeneity how to affect cooperation innovation behaviors and the dynamic capabilities. The modeling result shows that the heterogeneity of innovation elements should be defined in a reasonable level （fitness of tech- nical distance, geographic distance, as well as size）, which can form complementary advantages to produce dynam- ic capabilities for enterprises in the expanding co-innovation, thus to promote enterprises growth. The results also clarify the preferences for inter-regional cooperation for the surveyed enterprises.
