在Pen60/80基质沥青中加入不同含量的Sasobit,应用常规的沥青性能试验(针入度试验、粘度试验、组分试验等)测试Sasobit改性沥青分别在15℃,25℃,30℃的针入度和软化点,以及60C,120℃,135℃的粘度和组分等性能指标;通过旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT)和压力老化容器(PAV)试验模拟沥青的短期老化和长期老化,评价Sasobit改性沥青的耐久性。同时,利用凝胶色谱仪(GPC)和红外光谱仪(IR)测试Sasobit改性沥青的分子量分布、官能团变化等微观性能,分析Sasobit对沥青宏观性能、官能团以及分子量等微观性能的影响,定性地建立Sasobit改性沥青微观性能与宏观性能之间的关系,从微观角度分析Sasobit改性沥青的性能变化规律。结果表明:在沥青中加入Sasobit后,Sasobit与沥青中的-OH和C—H发生了化学反应,这些化学反应导致沥青中出现了新的芳香族C-O键,并使得Sasobit的长链烷基与沥青中的沥青蜡发生了共晶,因而改变了沥青的晶体结构、组分比例以及胶体结构,使沥青的性能有了明显的改变,提高了沥青的高温性能,降低了沥青的低温性能;这一点与在沥青混合料中加入Sasobit后所表现出来的路用性能正好吻合.
Different contents of Sasobit were blended into the base asphalt Pen 60/80. The 15℃, 25℃ and 30℃ penetration, softening point, 60℃, 120℃ and 135℃ viscosity,constituents of the Sasobit modified asphalt were tested by using some conventional asphalt test methods, such as penetration test, viscosity test and constituent test. Rolling thin film oven test (RTFOT) and pressure aging vessel (PAV) test were used to simulate the short-term aging and long-term aging of the asphalt, the durability of Sasobit modified asphalt was analyzed. The molecular weight distributions and micro-properties of functional groups of the Sasobit modified asphalt were measured by using gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The influences of Sasobit on macroscopical properties, functional groups and molecular weight of asphalt were analyzed. The relations between micro-properties and macroscopical properties of the Sasobit modified asphalt were also qualitatively established. Results show that the chemical reactions exist in Sasobit, -OH, C- H of the base asphalt, which lead to emergence of the new C-O of aromatic series and eutectic structure between long-chain alkyl of Sasobit and asphalt wax. It makes the crystalloid structure, colloidal structure and constituent proportion change so that properties of the asphalt will be changed, thus, the high-temperature properties of the asphalt increase, hut the low-temperature properties reduce. The changes in asphalt properties were consistent with the property changes of asphalt mixture after adding Sasobit.
