针对生鲜农产品在流通过程中发生严重损耗的实际问题,秉承精加工服务提供商对生鲜农产品进行精加工后再统一配送到超市的运作思想,建立了努力水平影响损耗的生鲜农产品库存模型。据此研究了努力控制流通损耗的生鲜农产品订货策略。结论表明,零售商和分销商合作控制损耗时,分销商付出低努力比零售商独自付出高努力的单位损耗更小,而单位总利润更大,有助于生鲜农产品供应链达成协调。
Aimed at the problem that the circulative loss for fresh agricultural product(FAP) is serious during the process of circulation,an operational policy is present in this paper that the primary agricultural products should be distributed to supermarkets after finishing process by the service provider.An inventory model is developed on the assumption that the effort level can decrease the circulative loss,and then the ordering policy is studied.The conclusion implies the unit loss is smaller as well as the unit total profit is bigger when distributor and retailer cooperate to control the circulative loss,which contributes to coordination of FAP supply chain.
