本文提出了一种集成于无源UHF RFID标签的超低功耗CMOS温度传感器。考虑到功耗是影响标签使用的第一要素。本文结构复用标签内部电路产生的电流作为温度转换模块的偏置电流,同时采用标签内部振荡器产生的信号作为传感器计数器的时钟信号,有效降低了功耗。本文设计采用SMIC 0.18μm 2P4M CMOS,仿真结果表明:电源电压为1.5 V时,室温时新增的温度传感器模块功耗仅为100 nW;当温度在-20℃~80℃变化时,温度传感器分辨率为0.4℃/LSB。
This paper presents an ultra-low power CMOS temperature sensor architecture integrated in passive UHF RFID tag.For deployment in applications of passive UHF RFID tag,power consumption is of utmost importance.In order to reduce the power consumption,a method of reusing current generated by the internal circuit of the tag is adopted and the clock signal is produced by the internal oscillator.It is implemented in SMIC 0.18 μm 2P4M CMOS process,the simulation results shows that increased temperature sensor module power consumption is only 100 nW at room temperature under supply voltage 1.5 V.The temperature sensor resolution is 0.4 ℃/LSB in the range from-20 ℃ to 80 ℃.
