本文应用Bezier函数,对某型涡轮增压器的径向涡轮叶片子午面型线进行气动优化设计。通过调整子午型线的自由参数,构造不同的子午面型线,以总温-静温效率为优选目标,利用均匀实验优选法求得优选叶型。经过三维流动的计算比较,优化后涡轮效率提高了0.5%,结果表明优选法设计具有很好的工程应用价值。
With Bezier polynomial curves, one radial turbine impeller for turbocharger was studied for its optimal aero-design. Through adjusting the free geometric parameters of the meridional lines, different meridian shapes were constructed. Optimal design of best total-to-static efficiency was searched among proposed candidates which were organized via Uniform Design of experiments (UDoE). Results of three-dimensional flow calculations showed that the efficiency of the optimized impeller researched 0.5 percent higher over its original one. It is showed in this paper that UDoE method can be a valuable optimization tooling in engineering design.
