流体泵是一类利用压缩空气为动力的管道式输送装置,通过气液换能装置,依靠不同的流体元件组合实现流动换向控制,达到流体输送目的。由于该类装置不含运动部件,具备固有安全性和免维修性,故特别适于核后处理中乏燃料的输送。在核电规模高速发展的今天,必须尽快展开对该项技术的研究。本文综述了国外与流体技术相关各类流体泵装置应用型式,对英、美等核电发达国家的流体泵工业化进程进行了介绍,对各国流体泵学者主要研究成果进行了综述,对今后我国流体泵技术研究方向和工业化应用装置的发展趋势进行了展望。
Fluid pump is a pipeline transport device using compressed air for power. Through air-liquid power exchange device, the control of flow direction change can be achieved relying on the combination of different fluid components to reach the goal of fluid delivery. Without moving parts, the device has the characteristic of inherent safety and maintenance free which is particularly suitable for delivery of spent fuel in nuclear reprocess. With the rapid development of the scale of nuclear power, the research of the technology must be carried out as soon as possible. In this paper, the application types of the fluid pump related to fluid technology in foreign are summaried, the industrialization process of fluid pump in Britain and the United States and other developed countries in nuclear power is browsed, the key research results of fluid pump scholars from different countries are summaried and the research direction of fluid pump technology and the development trends in industrial application devices of our country in the future are forecasted.
