Encoding technology for digital fingerprint has significant influence to digital fingerprinting system,which is a critical factor whether ownership can track the pirates and a most important component of digital fingerprinting system.During the development of fingerprinting technology,a number of typical fingerprinting encoding schemes have been proposed.Aim at some typical encoding schemes,we conclude these research results,and discuss their design idea and specific implementation.At last we present a summary and prospect on this topic.
