文章以CNKI数据库近22年（1990--2011年）收录的关于流域水资源管理方面的论文为数据源，采用突变点识别方法获取论文集合中文献关键词词频突变点，并以此为基础划分流域水资源理研究主题发展过程，对各个阶段的主题突变内容进行全面、客观的合理解读与分析。研究表明：①近22年流域水资源管理领域研究主题演化过程可划分为4个阶段：1990--1993年为启动期、1994--2001年为磨合期、2002--2009年为平稳期、2010--2011年为发展期。②利用文献计量方法和关键词突变点识别方法，揭示流域水资源管理研究文献的特征、学术研究的发展脉络方向，从而总结流域水资源管理研究主题特点和发展趋势，为我国水资源管理研究提供有益的借鉴。

英文摘要：

Taking the dissertations on basin water resources management which were included by CNKI database in recent 22 years （1990 -2011 ） as the data source, this paper uses the method for identifying mutation point to obtain the literature keyword frequency mutation point in the dissertation collections, and based on this divides the evolution process of the research themes of basin water resources management. Finally, the paper makes a complete, objective and reasonable interpretation and analysis of the theme mutation content at various stages. The research shows that： （1） the evolution process of research themes of basin water re- sources management in recent 22 years can be divided into 4 stages： the startup period from 1990 to 1993, the break-in period from 1994 to 2001, the stable period from 2002 to 2009, and the development period from 2010 to 2011. （2） the bibliometric method and the method for identifying the keyword mutation point can be used to disclose the characteristics of the research literatures on basin water resources management and the development direction of the academic research, and thereby summarizes the characteristics and development trend of the research themes of basin water resources management so as to provide useful references for China in re- searches on water resources management.
