对现有国内外创业失败研究进行了回顾,在创业失败的传统领域,研究主题包括创业失败的概念界定、发生特征、产生原因;在创业失败的新兴领域,研究主题包括创业失败的情绪管理、失败学习、后续创业。指出已有创业失败的传统研究还存在分歧,其新兴议题则处于非常初步的阶段,理论和实证研究都非常少。在此基础上,分析了创业失败领域的未来研究机会。

英文摘要：

This article reviews existing literatures on entrepreneurial failure at home and abroad. In traditional research field of entrepreneurial failure, topics include concept definition, characteristics, and reasons of failure;while in newly developing field, they are emotional coping, learning from failure and subsequent entrepreneurship.This article argues that there exist certain no consensus in traditional research topics and the newly developing topics are at the very beginning stage with very few theoretical and empirical studies. Based on review of existing literatures, this article discussed research opportunities in the future.
