针对高速电主轴转子与径向止推联合气体轴承之间流场结构,建立径向止推联合气体轴承气膜三维仿真模型,并运用CFD方法对模型进行了数值求解,将径向止推联合气体轴承与单独径向气体轴承的仿真结果进行对比分析,研究两者的径向承载特性。结果表明,径向止推联合气体轴承的径向承载力和径向刚度,在静态条件下要比单独径向轴承低,只有在高转速和大偏心率的情况下,才接近甚至超过单独径向气体轴承。在理论与仿真分析结果的基础上,测试电主轴的径向承载力并与仿真结果进行对比分析,结果表明实验曲线与仿真曲线符合较好,验证了仿真方法及结果的正确性。
For the flow field between the high speed motorized spindle rotor and the combined radial-thrust gas bearing, the gas film 3D simulation model of combined radial-thrust gas bearing was established, the numerical solution of the model was carried out by the CFD method, and the simulation results were compared with those of single radial gas bearing.The load capacity of two kinds of bearings was studied.The results show that the radial capacity and stiffness of the combined radial-thrust gas bearing are lower than those of the single radial gas bearing in the static condition, only in the high speed and large eccentricity, they are close to or even over the single radial gas bearing' s.Based on theoretical analysis and simulation results, the radial capacity of the motorized spindle was tested and the test results were compared with the simulation results.The experimental curves are in good agreement with the simulation curves, and the simulation method and simulation results are verified.
