研究了尿素包埋法富集椰子油中的月桂酸甲酯。先以椰子油为原料通过酯化法制备脂肪酸甲酯,再将椰子油脂肪酸甲酯进行尿素包埋。通过单因素实验研究液料比、包埋温度、包埋时间对月桂酸甲酯包埋率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,以月桂酸甲酯含量为响应值,根据Expert Design软件设计原理,对月桂酸甲酯的富集工艺进行优化。结果表明:当液料比为4.5∶1、包埋温度为8.5℃、包埋时间为12.5 h时,长链的软脂酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯被全部去除,得到中链脂肪酸甲酯含量为91.95%,其中月桂酸甲酯含量由包埋前52.95%提高到63.26%。
Methyl laurate was prepared from coconut oil by urea embedding. Firstly,fatty acid methyl ester was prepared by esterification with coconut oil as raw material,then coconut oil fatty acid methyl ester was urea embedded. The effects of ratio of liquid to material,embedding temperature and embedding time on the embedding rate of methyl laurate were researched by single factor experiment. Then according to Expert Design software design principles,the enrichment process was optimized with the content of methyl laurate as response value. The results showed that under the conditions of ratio of liquid to material 4. 5∶ 1,embedding temperature 8. 5 ℃ and embedding time 12. 5 h,the long-chain methyl palmitate and methyl stearate were removed completely,and the content of medium-chain fatty acid methyl esters reached 91. 95%,in which the content of methyl laurate increased from 52. 95% to 63. 26%.
