通过步进电机输出转矩方程、转子转动方程以及阀芯的运动来建立数字阀的数学模型。基于该数学模型,通过仿真对阶跃过程进行分析。仿真结果显示数字阀具有较好的阶跃响应。并通过实验获得相应参数,实验结果显示了上升时间约为3ms。实验与仿真结果十分接近,证明了数字阀的快速阶跃响应特性。
To analyse the dynamic response of digital valve, the mathematical model was established through output torque equation of the stepper motor, rotation equation of the rotor, movement of the valve spool. Based on the mathematical model, the dynamic response process was investigated by simulation. The simulation results show that digital value has the favorable dynamic response. A practical experiment was carried out and the experiment pattern was measured. The simulation result shows that the rising time is about 3ms. The simulation result is almost identical with the experimental one, which demonstrates that the digital valve has the fairly fast dynamic response.
