组织文化作为文化环境的重要组成部分对科技型人才聚集效应影响显著。在论述科技型人才聚集现象、效应的基础上,分析组织文化的内涵及层次结构,从个人一组织匹配的视角,探讨了组织文化对科技型人才聚集效应的作用机理,认为组织文化可以有效化解、削减组织冲突,提高科技人才效能和聚集组织的凝聚力,促进聚集效应的产生和提升。
As an important part of the cultural environment, organizational culture has a significant influence on sci-tech talent aggregation effect. Based on the discussion of its phenomenon and effect, organizational culture connotation and the hierarchy were analyzed. From the individual-organization matching perspective,the mechanism of organizational culture to sci-tech talent aggregation effect was discussed. Organizational culture can he effectively resolved and reduced organizational conflict,improve the effectiveness of sci-tech talent and the cohesion of the organization and promote the effect of talent aggregation.
