英文摘要：

Firstly, a yellow-brown mold-like fungal species which propagated in the cultivation media peat and inhibited Arabidopsis thaliana growth was found in our laboratory. Then, the species was preliminarily distin- guished as Chromelosporiumfulvum （Link） McGinty based on its morphological characters. At last, through se- quencing and alignment to other known IST sequences of rNDA, this strain was again identified as Ch. fulvum （Link） McGinty. This fungal species is a new record in Guangdong Province, China. To our knowledge, this is the first report for Ch. fulvum to inhibit A. thaliana growth.
