报道了一种在拟南芥种植介质泥炭土上滋生且明显抑制拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)生长的黄褐色霉状真菌;并通过形态特征观察,将该菌初步鉴定为黄色疣枝孢菌(Chromelosporium fulvum);进一步通过rDNA的ITS序列测序和比对分析,将其鉴定为黄色疣枝孢菌.该真菌种是广东省新记录种,且该菌抑制拟南芥的生长未见报道.
Firstly, a yellow-brown mold-like fungal species which propagated in the cultivation media peat and inhibited Arabidopsis thaliana growth was found in our laboratory. Then, the species was preliminarily distin- guished as Chromelosporiumfulvum (Link) McGinty based on its morphological characters. At last, through se- quencing and alignment to other known IST sequences of rNDA, this strain was again identified as Ch. fulvum (Link) McGinty. This fungal species is a new record in Guangdong Province, China. To our knowledge, this is the first report for Ch. fulvum to inhibit A. thaliana growth.
