采用细乳液聚合的方法,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,正十六烷为助乳化剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,合成了氟硅大单体(V-PMTFPS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)及丙烯酸丁酯(BA)三元共聚物乳液。考察了温度、乳化剂、助乳化剂、引发剂等因素对体系转化率的影响。利用1H—NMR、动态光散射纳米粒度仪、接触角仪对共聚物的组成、粒径及表面性能进行了表征。结果表明:合成的三元共聚物乳液稳定性良好,乳胶膜表面具有优良的疏水性能。
Terpolymer latex of fluorosilicone macromonomer, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate (BA) is synthesized by miniemulsion polymerization by using sodium dodecyl sulfate as the emulsifier, hexadecane as the co-emulsifier, and 2,2'-azobis (isobutyronitrile) as the initiator. This paper investigates the effects of temperature, emulsifier, co-emulsifier and initiator on the conversion rate of the system. The composition, particle size, and surface properties of the copolymer are characterized by 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering nano particle sizer, and contact angle instrument. The results show that the terpolymer latex has good stability, and the surface of latex film exhibits good hydrophobic property.
